By accessing and using PSquare POS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
PSquare POS is a cloud-based point of sale system designed for restaurants and food service businesses. The Service includes but is not limited to:
- Point of sale functionality
- Inventory management
- Order processing and tracking
- Reporting and analytics
- Customer management
- Payment processing integration
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSquare POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
